You may return an item if it is damaged/ faulty upon arrival, if you purchased an incorrect size or if an incorrect item has been delivered to you by mistake. Goods returned must be returned with all packaging, labels and swing tags intact, and unworn with no additional damage caused by the customer.
After receiving and inspecting the item, we may then send you a replacement, exchange or refund. Any and all claims must be made within 3 days of receiving the product, for domestic and international orders.
Goods that are defective in a way not related to a manufacturing defect or shipping accident will not be considered for a return or refund. It will be at ZIMBORN’s liberty to ascertain the validity of each submitted claim.
Products such as underwear, swimsuits and earrings are non returnable and non exchangeable.
If you wish to return an item please follow the following steps:
- Send an email to email@example.com within the stipulated return period of 3 days from delivery. Include your order number/ invoice number and reasons for requesting a return or exchange.
- We will then process your request, and request that the item be returned either by drop-off or mail to Chicstreet in Newlands shopping centre.
-Once received and approved, a replacement item or refund will be issued according to your needs. Shipping costs will be compensated by ZIMBORN only for deliveries within Zimbabwe and only for items confirmed to be faulty upon arrival, or when the wrong item had been issued.
Shipping costs will not be compensated for size exchanges.
